Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Unfinished metal ceiling tiles ship within two (2) weeks, while powder-coated tiles ship within three (3) weeks. Approximate ship dates depend on current inventory and production schedules. Customers will be contacted in the event that the lead times expressed above cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns: Metal Ceiling Express allows returns on non-defective, unfinished products up to seven days after the date of delivery, permitting that they are in an unused and re-saleable condition. They will incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Custom products, including, but not limited to custom cut tiles, custom backsplashes, trim, edging, and molding cannot be returned. Powder-coated tiles are made to order and cannot be returned. Seller reserves the right, at its discretion, to review extenuating circumstances regarding non-returnable products.

To ensure consistency, we recommend ordering your full quantity, including overages, in a single order. If you’re matching tiles from a previous order, please provide photos before placing a new order. Ordering samples first is always a good way to evaluate the finish and quality.
