Project Calculators

Size your whole project in seconds — tiles from your room dimensions or square footage, then the hardware to hang them.

CEILING TILE ESTIMATOR
ROOM DIMENSIONSSQUARE FOOTAGE

Estimates assume 24" × 24" tiles (4 sq. ft. each). Nail-up installations use cone head nails driven every 6" — about 12 nails per tile, roughly 450 per 1 lb. box. Drop-in installations use hold-down clips — one per T-rail grid intersection, sold in packs of 50. We recommend ordering 15% overage to cover cuts and pattern matching.

NAIL CALCULATOR

Cone head nails are driven every 6" and become part of the overall pattern — about 12 nails per 24" tile, roughly 450 nails per 1 lb. box. Tip: our ceiling tile estimator can size your whole project, nails included.

HOLD-DOWN CLIP CALCULATOR
ROOM DIMENSIONSSQUARE FOOTAGE

Drop-in tiles are held by one clip per T-rail grid intersection — a room that’s 4 tiles wide by 5 tiles long needs (4+1) × (5+1) = 30 clips. Clips are counted from your room grid, not your tile overage. Sold in packs of 50, manufactured in-house in Pennsylvania.
