Shipping: Tinsmith products ship within one (1) week of order date. Approximate ship dates depend on current inventory and production schedules. Customers will be contacted in the event that the lead times expressed above cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns: Any claims for shortages, damaged products, or nonconformance of products with the order must be made, in writing, within ten (10) days after receipt of a shipment and RSI must be afforded a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
