Shipping: Production and shipping lead times vary by product and current production schedules. Customers will be contacted in the event that an order cannot ship within the expected timeframe.

Returns: Metal Ceiling Express allows returns on non-defective, unfinished products up to seven days after the date of delivery, permitting that they are in an unused and re-saleable condition. They will incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Seller reserves the right, at its discretion, to review extenuating circumstances regarding non-returnable products.
